Financed Equipment is all present and future Eligible Equipment in which Borrower has any interest, the purchase of which is financed by an Equipment Advance.
Advanced emergency medical technician or “AEMT” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the AEMT, and is currently certified by the department as an AEMT.
advanced biofuels means biofuels that are produced from feedstocks listed in part A of Annex IX;
Consumer loan means a loan to one or more individuals for household, fam- ily, or other personal expenditures. A consumer loan does not include a home mortgage, small business, or small farm loan. Consumer loans include the following categories of loans:
Financed Vehicle means an automobile or light-duty truck van or minivan, together with all accessions thereto, securing an Obligor’s indebtedness under the respective Receivable.
Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Eligible Loan means a Loan offered for sale or substituted by Seller under a Sale Agreement which as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the related Subsequent Cutoff Date, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan, is current or not more past due than permitted under such Sale Agreement in payment of principal or interest and which meets the following criteria as of the Statistical Cutoff Date, in the case of the Initial Loans, or as of the effective date of the related Xxxx of Sale, in the case of any Additional Loan or Substituted Loan:
Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and
Eligible Loans has the meaning specified in any of the Purchase Agreements or the Sale Agreement, as applicable.
Consumer Loans means Loans to individuals for household, family and other personal expenditures (including United States and/or State-guaranteed student loans and extensions of credit pursuant to a credit card plan or debit card plan).
Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital. Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.
Advanced computing means any technology used in the design and development of 1 or more of the following:
Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) for purposes of this Agreement refers to the combination of unbundled Network Elements, specifically NID, Loop, multiplexing (MUX) if necessary and Dedicated Transport, in the Embarq Network.
Financed Shares means shares of Company Stock acquired by the Trustee with the proceeds of an Acquisition Loan, which shall constitute “qualifying employer securities” under Section 409(l) of the Code and any shares of Company Stock received upon conversion or exchange of such shares.
Refinanced Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.
Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.
Refinanced Term Loans shall have the meaning provided in Section 13.1.
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.
Forgivable loan means a loan made to an eligible resident pursuant to the requirements of this chapter.
Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Ineligible Loan shall have the meaning provided in Section 11.01.
PPP Loan means the loan made to the Company by the PPP Lender pursuant to the PPP Loan Agreement, for the principal amount of $905,207.00, pursuant to the requirements of the Paycheck Protection Program under the CARES Act.
Other Priority Claim means any Claim other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Other Priority Claims means any Claim, other than an Administrative Claim or a Priority Tax Claim, entitled to priority in right of payment under section 507(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.
