Advanced EMT definition

Advanced EMT means a person providing basic and limited advanced emergency care and transportation for critical and emergent patients whoaccess the emergency medical system. This individual possesses the basic knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care and transportation. AEMT function as a part of a comprehensive EMS response, under medical oversight. AEMTs perform interventions with the basic and advanced equipment typically found on an ambulance. (National EMS Scope of Practice Model) AEMTs must possess valid licensed issued by the BEMS.
Advanced EMT means an individual trained and certified in all facets of BLS and limited ALS, as described in Health and Safety Code Sections 1797.82 and 1797.171 and certified under Title 22.
Advanced EMT means an EMT D or EMT I.

  • Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Forgivable loan means a loan made to an eligible resident pursuant to the requirements of this chapter.
