Advance Settlement Date definition

Advance Settlement Date means the third (3rd) Trading Day after the relevant Pricing Period, or such earlier day as may be available for settlement.
Advance Settlement Date is hereby deleted in its entirety. If such term is used in any other portion of the Agreement, such term is hereby replaced with the termClosing Date” as defined below.
Advance Settlement Date means the Trading Day after the relevant Advance Pricing Date.

  • On each Advance Settlement Date, the Company shall pay to the Investor the Advance Fee with respect to each Advance made hereunder, which Advance Fee shall be deducted by Investor out of the gross proceeds of each Advance.

  • Each Lender shall before 2:00 p.m. (Atlanta, Georgia time) on such Business Day (the "Agent Advance Settlement Date") make available to the Administrative Agent, in immediately available funds, the amount of its pro rata share of such principal amount of Agent Advances outstanding.

  • In addition, on the first Advance Settlement Date, the Company shall pay a fee of $100,000 to the Company Financial Advisor.

Related to Advance Settlement Date

  • Scheduled Settlement Date means a date on which a payment or delivery is to be made under Section 2(a)(i) with respect to a Transaction.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means (i) in the case of a Successful Optional Remarketing, (x) if the remarketed Notes are priced before 4:30 p.m. New York City time on the Optional Remarketing Date for such Successful Optional Remarketing, the third Business Day immediately following such Optional Remarketing Date and (y) otherwise, the fourth Business Day following the relevant Optional Remarketing Date, and (ii) in the case of a Final Remarketing, the Purchase Contract Settlement Date.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).
