Advance Report definition

Advance Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer to the Trustee on the Advance Report Date in a form or format mutually agreed upon between such parties setting forth the amount of actual Advances to be made by the Master Servicer in respect of the related Distribution Date.

Related to Advance Report

  • Variance Report shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.01(g).

  • Remittance Report A report prepared by the Servicer and delivered to the Trustee and the NIMS Insurer pursuant to Section 4.04.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a report in substantially the form of Exhibit E (or such other form approved by Administrative Agent) certified by a Responsible Officer of Borrower.

  • Compliance Report means, as applicable in relation to the test being conducted, a report containing the results of the Compliance Tests carried out by State Street.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
