ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. The City does not accept requests for early payment, down payment or partial payment, unless the Bid or Proposal Submittal specifically allows such pre-payment proposals or alternates within the procurement process. Maintenance subscriptions may be paid up to one year in advance provided that should the City terminate early, the amount paid shall be reimbursed to the City on a prorated basis; all other expenses are payable net 30 days after receipt and acceptance of satisfactory compliance.
