Advance Hardware Replacement definition

Advance Hardware Replacement means a Hardware replacement service for Customers who have purchased Hardware Support, whereby after Check Point TAC approves an RMA, Check Point delivers a replacement to Customer’s Site before Customer returns the faulty hardware to Check Point.
Advance Hardware Replacement means the policy in which Sangoma provides replacement Sangoma hardware to Company under an authorized RMA prior to receiving a corresponding defective piece of hardware from the Company under the RMA and which exists in the Warranty, Return, and Shipping Policy on the Sangoma Website, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx on the date listed on the applicable Order Form. Advance Hardware Replacement may or may not be included in the list of entitlements for a given subscription agreement. For purposes of clarification, Advance Hardware Replacement shall not apply to hardware which is not under warranty at the time Company contacts Sangoma Technical Support to request an RMA under this section.
Advance Hardware Replacement means a Hardware replacement service for Ordering Activities who have purchased Hardware Support, whereby after Check Point TAC approves an RMA, Check Point delivers a replacement to Ordering Activity’s Site before returns the faulty hardware to Check Point.

  • In case the effected part is not available, then the vendor will provide backup equipment of the same product or better till the resolution of the fault, without any extra cost to the Bank.The vendor will provide 12 Month Principal Back Warranty to cover Advance Hardware Replacement, 24x7 Technical Assistance, Software Updates & Patches & Support.

  • If a Hardware product or one of its component parts does not function during the Hardware Support period, and such nonconformance can be verified by Check Point, Check Point, at its election, will provide Advance Hardware Replacement service with a refurbished part /unit for the Hardware under the type of Hardware Support Plan Check Point designates for that Hardware.

  • After TAC determines that the Hardware issue is related to a malfunction of one of the Appliance components, Check Point will provide Advance Hardware Replacement of the faulty Hardware Product via a customized rush service Next Flight Out (NFO) or Express Delivery shipment (when applicable**) or same day (SD) shipment, with delivery target same evening/night or early next business day (NBD) morning**.

  • Sangoma also makes available Extended Hardware Warranties and Advance Hardware Replacement options on other Products.

  • Advance Hardware Replacement within 7 working days from Indian ware-house in any condition of switch.

  • Cisco Advance Hardware Replacement of chassis and line cards must be at the same level of coverage.

  • Advance Hardware Replacement is one of the capabilities you have available in your Service Contract.

  • Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Eligible Replacement means an entity (A) that satisfies the definition of Hedge Counterparty Ratings Requirement, set forth in Part 5(f)(ii) above or (B) whose present and future obligations owing to Party B are guaranteed pursuant to an Eligible Guarantee provided by a guarantor which satisfies paragraph (b) of the definition of Hedge Counterparty Ratings Requirement.

  • Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Benchmark Replacement means, with respect to any Benchmark Transition Event, the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Administrative Agent for the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date:

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Qualified Replacement Special Servicer A Person as to which all the following conditions are satisfied at the relevant date of determination: (A)(i) all the representations and warranties set forth in Section 2.06 are true and accurate as applied to such Person (other than any change in the entity type or the state or jurisdiction of formation), (ii) there is no event or circumstances that constitutes, or would constitute, but for notice or the passage of time, a Servicer Termination Event with respect to such Person under this Agreement, (iii) such Person is not the Trust Advisor or an Affiliate of the Trust Advisor and there exists no agreement as a result of which, whether or not subject to any condition or contingency, such Person would become an Affiliate of the Trust Advisor or merge or be consolidated with or into the Trust Advisor (regardless of the identity of the surviving Person) or succeed to any portion of the business of the Trust Advisor that includes the Trust Advisor’s rights or duties under this Agreement, (iv) neither such Person nor any Affiliate of such Person is obligated, whether by agreement or otherwise, and whether or not subject to any condition or contingency, to pay any fee to, or otherwise compensate or grant monetary or other consideration to, the Trust Advisor or any Affiliate thereof in connection with this Agreement, (x) in connection with the special servicing obligations that such Person would assume under this Agreement or the performance thereof or (y) in connection with the appointment of such Person as, or any recommendation by the Trust Advisor for such Person to become, the successor Special Servicer, (v) such Person is not entitled to receive any compensation from the Trust Advisor in connection with its activities under this Agreement and (vi) such Person is not entitled to receive from the Trust Advisor or any Affiliate thereof any fee in connection with the appointment of such Person as successor Special Servicer, unless, in the case of each of the foregoing clauses (i) through (vi), the appointment of such Person as successor Special Servicer has been expressly approved by 100% of the Certificateholders; and (B) is not a Prohibited Party and has not been terminated in the capacity of Master Servicer or Special Servicer hereunder in whole or in part as a result of a Servicer Termination Event under Section 7.01(a)(xv), unless the appointment of such Person as successor Special Servicer has been expressly approved by Depositor acting in its reasonable discretion.

  • Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.

  • Capital Replacement means the replacement of those items listed on Exhibit F.

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Train Loading Infrastructure means conveyors, stockpile areas, blending and screening facilities, stackers, re‑claimers and other infrastructure reasonably required for the loading of iron ore, freight goods or other products onto the relevant Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port; and

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Advance Request means a request for an Advance submitted by Borrower to Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit A.
