Advance Approved definition
Advance Approved means physical submission by Licensee to UMBRO of the goods or materials for which approval is sought. In each case where Advance Approval is required, approval shall be considered given by UMBRO if UMBRO does not notify Licensee in writing of its disapproval within seven (7) days after UMBRO's receipt of Licensee's submission. Approval, once obtained, shall be effective until the termination of this Agreement.
