Employee has not sustained any workplace injury of any kind during Employee’s employment with Aduro, and Employee does not intend to file any claim for or seek any workers’ compensation benefits.
Employee does not need the prior authorization of Aduro to make any such reports or disclosures and Employee is not required to notify Aduro that Employee has made such reports or disclosures.

If JBI makes a claim with respect to the foregoing, it will comply with the obligations imposed by 10.2 above as if JBI had withheld taxes from a payment to Aduro.
The final audit report will be shared with JBI and Aduro at the same time and specify whether the amounts paid to a Party pursuant thereto were correct or, if incorrect, the amount of any underpayment or overpayment.
