ADTV Limit definition
ADTV Limit. A number of Shares equal to the product of (i) the ADTV Limitation Percentage specified in the Transaction Supplement, or if no such percentage is specified, [20%], and (ii) the trailing average daily trading volume for the most recent ADTV Limit Period (ending on the Exchange Business Day prior to the scheduled final Valuation Date or first Averaging Date, as applicable) specified in the Transaction Supplement, or if no such period is specified, the most recent [30]-day period, determined as of the scheduled final Valuation Date or first Averaging Date, as applicable.4 Averaging Dates: As specified in the Transaction Supplement.
