ADT Data definition

ADT Data means all Confidential Information, including ADT Customer Data, entered into, stored in, and/or processed by any Information Processing Systems of ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ that is: (i) data supporting or derived from the provision of the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Services to Subscribers, or (ii) relating to ADT, ADT’s Affiliates, ADT’s Subscribers, or ADT Dealers, and information derived from such information, including as stored in or processed through the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s equipment, software or network environment.

Examples of ADT Data in a sentence

  • Participant acknowledges and agrees that BA will not access or use ADT Data or Data through CliniSync other than on behalf of Participant, including but not limited to for use of data, the BA’s own purposes which is limited to billing.

  • Participant expressly authorizes BA to access such ADT Data on its behalf.

  • This Agreement does not grant to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ any license or other rights, express or implied, in the ADT Data, except that ADT grants to ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license during the Term of the Agreement to use ADT Data for the sole purpose of performing ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇’s obligations under the Agreement.

  • VITL will be solely responsible for the aggregation and delivery without modification of ADT Data.

  • If any breach of the security, confidentiality, or privacy of the ADT Data requires notification by ADT to any party under any of the Privacy Rules, ADT shall have sole control over the timing, content, and method of such notification and ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall reimburse ADT for its reasonable out-of-pocket costs in providing the notification.

  • All services involving access to ADT Data that has not been masked per the Agreement, shall take place within the United States or Canada.

  • As set forth in Exhibit B such protections will include, but not be limited to: (i) protecting against intrusions, including but not limited to intrusions of operating systems or software, (ii) encrypting PHI and Personal Information while in transit or at rest (except that the user id is not required to be encrypted at rest unless otherwise agreed by the parties) and ADT Data while in transit, and (iii) securing the computer systems and network devices.

  • If a business need exists to use ADT Data in a Non-Production Environment without Data Masking, ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ will obtain written permission from ADT.

  • To protect against unauthorized access or misuse of ADT Data residing on Alarm.

  • VITL hereby grants to PatientPing a non-exclusive right and license to use the VITL logo set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto (the "VITL Mark") on certain webpages of PatientPing's website that are made available to Providers in conjunction with the provision of the PatientPing Services in order to identify to such Providers that the applicable ADT Data was provided through a partnership between PatientPing and VITL.
