The Supplier normally uses the G.992.3 standard of ADSL2 and G.992.1 for fixed-rate ADSL Services.
Data Services shall include DSL Services, ADSL Services, Ethernet over Copper (EoC), Commercial Grade Data Services, High Speed Dedicated Internet Service, and Fiber Internet Services.
This Standard Form of Agreement (Agreement) applies when: You are a Consumer; You purchase Voice, Telephony or ADSL Services; You purchase these Services: Following an unsolicited approach by Us; Online; or In any other circumstance whereby You purchased the Services without otherwise speaking to Us beforehand.

Clauses 9 – 18 (inclusive) applies to the supply of SHDSL and ADSL Services.
Sprint will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete installation of ADSL Services at each Customer Premise within 70 calendar days from the date that an Order is accepted and entered by Sprint.
Accordingly, ADSL Services will be terminated immediately if the telephone service on the same physical line is terminated for any reason.
Customer is responsible for configuring Customer equipment to interface with ADSL Services, including, but not limited to, PCs, printers, other routers, switches, servers and hubs.
