ADSL Service definition

ADSL Service the provision of internet protocol connectivity delivered with ADSL based access to the Customer;
ADSL Service means one of our ADSL services that is delivered as an overlay on a telephone service. This includes the current products of Easy Broadband, Easy Reach and IBC ADSL services; as well as previously sold Internode Extreme ADSL2+, ADSL Standard and ADSL Fast service.
ADSL Service means the Asymmetrical Digital Subscriber Line Service, which is a data communications technology that enables data transmission over copper telephone lines;

  • This is the ADSL Service Description of our CRA under which we supply Internet access services to you.

  • The ADSL Service is a Broadband Internet Access Service that provides access to the Internet and related services, such as email and the world wide web, by means of Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) technology.

  • Engin Landline Ignition Series Plans: The engin Landline Ignition Series Plans are inclusive of your ADSL Service as well as your Landline connection.

  • Please note that if your ADSL Service is terminated in the above circumstances during a contract term you may also be liable to pay an early cancellation charge.

  • Minors (under the age of 18 years) must be supervised by a parent, teacher or other responsible adult at all times while using the ADSL Service, and We are not responsible for any Internet content that may be viewed while using the ADSL Service.

  • After the end of the Contract Term, We will continue to provide, and You must continue to acquire the ADSL Service until it is cancelled in accordance with our CRA.

Related to ADSL Service

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.

  • School service means a website, mobile application, or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses, or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application, or online service that is designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.
