ADS RSU definition

ADS RSU means each outstanding restricted share award issued by the Company pursuant to the Share Incentive Plans that entitles the holder thereof to be issued one (1) ADS upon the vesting of such award.
ADS RSU means each award of restricted share units with respect to ADS Common Stock granted under the ADS Equity Plan (other than ADS PSUs).

  • Effective as of the Distribution Date, each ADS RSU that is outstanding immediately prior to the Distribution Date and held by an ADS Participant shall be adjusted to reflect the Distribution and become an Adjusted ADS RSU.
