AdRight Network definition

AdRight Network means the advertising network owned and operated by AdRight IKE.

  • The right of the parties to terminate their participation on the AdRight Network remains unaffected hereby.

  • During the term of this Agreement, and any renewal thereof, and for one (1) year after its termination for any reason, Advertiser agrees that it will not do business directly or indirectly with any Publisher listed on the AdRight Network, or directly or indirectly solicit or induce such Publisher to do business directly with the Advertiser.

  • By participating in the AdRight Network, Publisher assumes complete and sole responsibility for any taxes, banking commissions or currency fees owed as a consequence thereof.

  • The following are examples of Publisher's Website(s) that are not eligible for participation on the AdRight Network: – Websites that are under construction or incomplete.

Related to AdRight Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).
