Adoptive Child definition

Adoptive Child means a person who has not attained the age of 18 and is legally available for adoption.
Adoptive Child. (“plentyn mabwysiadol”) means, subject to paragraph (3), a child who is an agency adoptive child or a non-agency adoptive child;
Adoptive Child means a minor child who has been legally adopted by education personnel pursuant to the Revised Uniform Adoption Act. (See Ark. Code Ann. § 9-9-201, et seq.)
