In the case of vessels referred to in paragraph 2 to be used exclusively for carriage on inland wa- terways where ADNR was not applicable under domestic law prior to the date of application of the annexed Regulations foreseen in Article 11, paragraph 1, the supplementary transitional pro- visions applicable to specific inland waterways may be applied in addition to the general transi- tional provisions.
