Adnectin definition

Adnectin means a protein based [**] human fibronectin [**]. For clarity, references to an Adnectin do not include [**].
Adnectin means a recombinant protein derived from the tenth module of human fibronectin type III domain that has been modified to bind specifically to a selected target.

  • For each applicable Licensed Adnectin, Company shall pay to BMS the following one time milestone payments set forth in the table below within [***] days after the first achievement of the specified milestone event by Company, its Affiliates, and Sublicensees for each applicable Licensed Adnectin achieving such milestone event in any indication.

  • Company shall provide written notice to BMS within [***] after the first achievement of the specified milestone event by Company, its Affiliates or Sublicensees for each applicable Licensed Adnectin.

  • For clarity, all dosages, dosage forms, SKUs, methods of delivery and presentations of a Licensed Product containing the same Licensed Adnectin shall be considered as one Licensed Product for purposes of this Section 8.3.1.

  • For clarification, the rights granted to ATI by BMS under this Section 8.2(a) are limited to the Adnectin Core Manufacturing and Formulation Technology and no rights are granted under any claims in any Patent that do not cover Adnectin Core Manufacturing and Formulation Technology.

  • BMS and its Affiliates and Sublicensees shall cease all Development and Commercialization of any Licensed Compound, Licensed Product or any Adnectin used as part of a Program, and all other Program-related activities, in each case within the Terminated Rights, from the effective date of such termination and for at least five (5) years thereafter.

  • In addition, BMS when reasonably practicable will acknowledge in the appropriate format that a Licensed Compound in Clinical Studies contains an Adnectin that was generated by ATI.

  • Such exclusivity shall continue for an Exclusive Alliance Adnectin during its applicable Adnectin Exclusivity Period even if such Exclusive Alliance Adnectin is no longer being Developed by BMS.

  • To the extent that any Adnectin Class Specific Data is not already subject to disclosure by one Party to the other Party hereunder, copies of any Adnectin Class Specific Data subject to a license grant in this Section 8.4 shall be provided by BMS to ATI, when and as any such Adnectin Class Specific Data becomes available to BMS.

  • Company may publish or present data and/or results relating to a Licensed Adnectin or Licensed Product developed in the Field in scientific journals and/or at scientific conferences; provided, that Company shall notify BMS at least [***] days in advance of the intended submission for publication or presentation of any proposed abstract, manuscript or presentation which discloses Confidential Information of BMS or discloses a patentable invention by delivering a copy thereof to BMS.
