On arrival at the Secure Training Centre, each Trainee will be met by the Centre’s Admission Team comprising a manager (who must be a custody officer) designated by the Director and an appropriate member of staff qualified to undertake an initial vulnerability assessment e.g. a qualified social worker, qualified nurse, psychologist or psychologist assistant within one hour of the Trainee’s arrival.
