Administrative Software - definition
Administrative Software - means the Monitoring System and customer service tools used to monitor, manage, and manipulate customer photo image orders or other software used to assist customer support. Affiliate - means, with respect to any Party, any entity directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Party, whether by ownership or control of voting securities, by contract or otherwise. Agreement - means this Service and Support Agreement between PhotoChannel and CVS, all Attachments, and the Appendix.
