Administrative revocation definition
Administrative revocation means a process by which an offender, who has been convicted of a new felony and is sentenced to a term of imprisonment of twelve (12) months or longer, is removed from post-release supervision pursuant to A.C.A. 16-93- 705(f), A.C.A. 16-93-1908(f).
