ADMINISTRATIVE MODULE means that online software tool, as more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, provided to Microsoft by FairMarket that allows Microsoft to access and modify certain portions of the Private Label Auction Sites as described in Section 2.8.
