Administrative Plans means investment plans offered by the Management Company and approved by the Commission, where such plans allow investors a specific investment strategy in any one or a combination of Schemes managed by the Management Company in accordance with the conditions specified by SECP.
Administrative Safeguards are administrative actions, and policies and procedures, to manage the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of security measures to protect electronic PHI and to manage the conduct of Contractor’s workforce in relation to the protection of that information.
Administrative Agreement means the agreement described in subsection 1.2 (1); (“accord d’application”)
Administrative Procedures means the Administrative Procedures of Minnesota Management & Budget developed in accord with M.S. 43A.04, subdivision 4.
Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.
Administrative authority means the state or local official responsible for the administration and enforcement of this act.
Responsible administrative authority means, with respect to a structured settlement, any government authority vested by law with exclusive jurisdiction over the settled claim resolved by the structured settlement.
Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Administrative Staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;
Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:
Administrative Party means an Arranger or the Facility Agent.
Administrative Expense means (a) any cost or expense of administration of the Reorganization Cases under section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code including, but not limited to (1) any actual and necessary post-petition cost or expense of preserving the Estates or operating the Debtors' assets and businesses, (2) any payment to be made under the Plan to cure a default on an assumed executory contract or unexpired lease, (3) any post-petition cost, indebtedness or contractual obligation duly and validly incurred or assumed by the Debtors in the ordinary course of business, and (4) compensation or reimbursement of expenses of professionals to the extent allowed by the Bankruptcy Court under section 327, 328, 330(a), 331, 503(b) or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, including, without limitation, the Futures Representative and its Representatives and (b) any fee or charge assessed against the Estates under 28 U.S.C. ss. 1930.
Administrative Action has the meaning set forth in paragraph 4(a) of Annex I.
Administrative law judge (ALJ) means an employee of the administrative hearings division of the department of inspections and appeals who presides over contested cases and other proceedings.
Administrative fund means that Fund established by Section 6.1 and administered pursuant to Section 6.9.

Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.
Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

Administrative User means any of Your employees, consultants, independent contractors or customers to whom You grant administrative permission to access the Services in accordance with Company’s entitlements and procedures and this Agreement (where “administrative permission” includes, but is not limited to, the right to create, modify and delete User accounts, as well as the right to access and modify Your billing information and other functionality available through Company’s administrative control panel).
Administrative Expenses means (i) all administrative and operating costs and expenses incurred by the Partnership, (ii) those administrative costs and expenses of the General Partner, including any salaries or other payments to directors, officers or employees of the General Partner, and any accounting and legal expenses of the General Partner, which expenses, the Partners have agreed, are expenses of the Partnership and not the General Partner, and (iii) to the extent not included in clause (ii) above, REIT Expenses; provided, however, that Administrative Expenses shall not include any administrative costs and expenses incurred by the General Partner that are attributable to Properties or partnership interests in a Subsidiary Partnership that are owned by the General Partner directly.
Administrative Rules means the rules and procedures of the Issuer relating to the operation of the Plan.

Administrative Code means the San Francisco Administrative Code.
Administrative employee means an employee who normally supervises persons engaged in office administration, construction, security or maintenance work who are represented by another trade union. This definition includes employees who share a community of interest with “supervisors”.
Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.
