Administrative Form definition

Administrative Form means an administrative details form delivered by the Collateral Agent and any Lender to Collateral Agent and Borrower. The initial Administrative Forms are attached hereto as Schedule I. The Collateral Agent and each Lender may change its Administrative Form at any time by delivering a new Administrative Form to the Collateral Agent and Borrower.
