Administrative Fee or Fees definition
Administrative Fee or Fees means the schedule of monthly payments from DCH to Contractor based on the respective monthly enrollment counts of Employees enrolled in Plan Options, and any other fees for Services, as set forth in Exhibit 3, Administrative Fees and Services.
