Administrative designee definition

Administrative designee means the individual who fulfills the role as described in paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Section 56341 of the Education Code and paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of Section 300.344 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
Administrative designee means an individual employed by the hospital, and designated on a form prescribed by the Department, to assist with administrative aspects of compliance with thisSubpart and Subpart 69-6 of this Title, including but not limited to storing, handling, collecting and transporting specimens.
