Administrative designee definition

Administrative designee means the individual who fulfills the role as described in paragraph (1) of subsection (b) of Section 56341 of the Education Code and paragraph (1) of subsection (a) of Section 300.344 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

Examples of Administrative designee in a sentence

  • An Administrative designee of the Plymouth Community Schools shall present an accounting of the sick leave bank including a list of members, number of days in the bank, number of days used, and number of days repaid, by October 1st of each year to the President of the Plymouth Education Association.

  • Union leave for other situations may be approved by the Union President or designee, and the Fire Chief or Administrative designee.
