Administrative Booking definition
Administrative Booking means a booking created for administrative or accounting purposes such as for printing itineraries or invoices.

The Borrowers’ obligations under this Section 14.8 shall survive any termination of this Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents and the payment in full of the Obligations, and are in addition to, and not in substitution of, any other of their Obligations set forth in this Credit Agreement.
Booking: means the act of registering, screening, and examining inmates for confinement in the Jail.; Administrative Booking, pursuant to Section 4.10, means the act of inventorying and safekeeping inmates' personal property, maintaining all computerized records of arrest, performing warrant checks, and all other activities associated with processing an inmate for confinement.
