In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of the Contract and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method on one hand, and the terms and conditions of the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract on the other, the terms and conditions of the Contract and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method shall prevail.
The Parties agree that the price for electrical energy delivered in accordance with this Contract shall be based on and in accordance with Article 8 hereof and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method attached as Appendix D hereto.
