Adjustment Method definition

Adjustment Method. Notwithstanding anything in the Vehicle agreement to the contrary, the following terms shall apply to the Vehicles listed on this Schedule A (the “Scheduled Vehicle(s)”). In lieu of adjusting the charges on the Scheduled Vehicles based on the Vehicle agreement, the charges on each of the Scheduled Vehicles shall be increased according to the Graduated Charges Table above (the “Graduated Charges”). All Graduated Charges shall become effective at the times specified in the table above.

Adjustment Method means Portfolio Adjustment, Spread Adjustment, Subordination Adjustment, Reserve Account Adjustment, Noteholder Cash Payment or Reduction to Principal Amount as defined in Annex 2 to this Schedule 3.

Examples of Adjustment Method in a sentence

  • In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of the Contract and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method on one hand, and the terms and conditions of the Interconnection and Dispatch Contract on the other, the terms and conditions of the Contract and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method shall prevail.

  • The Parties agree that the price for electrical energy delivered in accordance with this Contract shall be based on and in accordance with Article 8 hereof and the Electric Tariff Adjustment Method attached as Appendix D hereto.
