Adjustment Days definition

Adjustment Days means the actual number of calendar days accrued during the Financing Period divided by [360][insert].
Adjustment Days means the number of days during the period beginning on and including January 1 of the calendar year in which the Closing occurs and ending on and including the date of the Closing.

Examples of Adjustment Days in a sentence

  • The Commencement Date is scheduled to occur on March 1, 2012 (the “Scheduled Commencement Date”), but if there are “Scheduled Commencement Adjustment Days” (referred to in Paragraph 25.9 of this Lease and Exhibit B), then the Scheduled Commencement Date shall be that date which is the same number of days after March 1, 2012 as the sum of the Scheduled Commencement Adjustment Days.

  • If those holidays and break require more or fewer than ten (10) days vacation (in the calculation of which Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, and Christmas Leave Adjustment Days as may be granted by the Employer, shall be excluded), the employees shall receive the appropriate adjustment to the additional vacation days.

  • Remaining schedule adjustment time will be converted into Schedule Adjustment Days (SAD) which shall be granted as additional days off administered by the Chief of Police.
