Adjustment Credits definition

Adjustment Credits means the dollar amounts specified as performance or delay credits herein.

Examples of Adjustment Credits in a sentence

  • Nextel’s election not to pay an installment of the Remaining Nextel Payment as provided in this subsection 6.d shall not affect Metro One’s entitlement to receive payments for Services under the Master Services Agreement during such Reporting Period, subject to the Adjustment Credits chargeable against such payments under the Agreement.

  • The application of Adjustment Credits to such installment of the Remaining Nextel Payment shall not be subject to the limitations on the At Risk Amount as set forth in Section II.C of Schedule 2.4 of the Master Services Agreement.

  • If, following the execution date of this Agreement, Service Levels are not met by Metro One for any Reporting Period, and Nextel is entitled to any Adjustment Credits pursuant to Section 6.3 of the Master Services Agreement and Schedule 2.4 thereof as to such missed Service Levels, any such credits shall not only be applied to the amounts due Metro One under the Master Services Agreement, but also to the installment of the Remaining Nextel Payment due for such Reporting Period.

  • The total consideration payable to Vendor under this Agreement shall consist of (i) Service Fees; and (ii) the charges, if any, incurred pursuant to this Section 6, provided that Vendor’s invoices for any such charges shall be reduced by the amount of any applicable Adjustment Credits.

  • Billing Adjustment Credit(s): Provided Customer executes the 2nd Amendment on or before 7/31/2013 and to provide Customer the benefit of the rates and discounts contained in the 2nd Amendment, Company shall provide Customer with four one-time billing adjustment credits totaling $311,859.13 which will be applied against Customer’s Total Service Charges incurred for interstate and international services.

  • Schedule 2.4 sets forth specified Adjustment Credits that shall be granted to Nextel if and when Vendor’s actual performance of Services fails to meet certain levels, as measured against the Service Level Requirements.
