Adjustment Allowance definition

Adjustment Allowance means a sum of adjustments to the default tariff cap, in Charge Restriction Region i, in 28AD Charge Restriction Period j, at Benchmark Annual Consumption Level k, for Benchmark Metering Arrangement l, for Payment Method p, and which the Authority is to calculate for the periods and within the timeframes specified in this condition 28AD in accordance with the methodology set out in Annex 8.
Adjustment Allowance has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 below.

Examples of Adjustment Allowance in a sentence

  • The amount of a Weekly Benefit may be offset only by the amount of state unemployment benefits, Trade Adjustment Allowance and any Excess Other Compensation, but in no event will the total Weekly Benefit be less than $250.00 per week for the Duration of Benefits.

Related to Adjustment Allowance

  • Retirement allowance means the retirement payments to which a member is entitled.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • NOx Allowance means an authorization to emit a specified amount of NOx that is allocated or issued under an emissions trading or marketable permit program of any kind that has been established under the Clean Air Act or a state implementation plan.

  • RENT ADJUSTMENT Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

  • Preferred Allowance means the amount a Preferred Provider will accept as payment in full for Covered Medical Expenses.
