Adjusted Portfolio Equity definition

Adjusted Portfolio Equity means, as of any date of determination and with respect to each Real Estate Entity, an amount equal to the Pro Rata Portion of the EFV of the real property owned by each Real Estate Entity whose Leverage is less than sixty percent (60%) less an amount equal to the Pro Rata Portion of the Debt of such Real Estate Entity.
