Adjusted Net Principal Distribution Amount means, for any Distribution Date, an amount equal to (a) the Net Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date, plus (b) all amounts to be added to such Net Principal Distribution Amount pursuant to Section 1.03(c) for such Distribution Date, minus (c) all amounts to be subtracted from such Net Principal Distribution Amount pursuant to Section 1.03(b) for such Distribution Date.
