Adjusted Net Leverage Ratio definition

Adjusted Net Leverage Ratio means the ratio of (a) Adjusted Debt as of the last day of any fiscal quarter of Borrower or as of the date of (and after giving pro forma effect to) any Borrowing, to (b)
Adjusted Net Leverage Ratio. The collective reference to the Adjusted Net Senior Leverage Ratio and the Adjusted Net Non-First Lien Leverage Ratio.
Adjusted Net Leverage Ratio means, on any date, the ratio of (a) Total Net Debt as of such date to (b) Adjusted EBITDA for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Parent Borrower most recently ended as of such date, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
