Adjusted Maturity Date definition

Adjusted Maturity Date means, if applicable and specified, the Scheduled Maturity Date specified in the Final Terms, save that if the Issuer has not received by the Scheduled Maturity Date (a) the full cash proceeds of redemption of the Shares and/or the proceeds of realisation of the MS Certificates and/or payments under the applicable Swap, (b) in the context of a redemption of the Shares, the MS Certificates or the Swap, as applicable, due to be effected in kind, the cash proceeds of disposal or redemption of the assets underlying the Shares or (c) any other form of liquidation of the Shares, the MS Certificates or the Swap, as applicable, the Adjusted Maturity Date shall be the twentieth Business Day following such receipt;
Adjusted Maturity Date means the latest of (i) the Credit Event Redemption Date, (ii) the Auction Settlement Date, (iii) the Physical Settlement Date, (iv) the Final Delivery Date, (v) the Repudiation/Moratorium Deferred Maturity Date, (vi) the Grace Period Deferred Maturity Date or (vii) the Deferred Maturity Date or, if none of those dates is relevant, the Maturity Date.
Adjusted Maturity Date means the first Interest Payment Date falling not less than six Business Days after the determination by the Calculation Agent that no further amounts are due to be paid to or by the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Notional Principal Contract;

If portions of any Bond or any interest of a Beneficial Owner therein, of a principal amount larger than the smallest Authorized Denomination are assigned different Adjusted Maturity Dates then, upon receipt of such notice of preselection, appropriate adjustments on the records of the Securities Depository shall be made or the registered owner of such Bond shall deliver the same to the Trustee or Tender Agent in exchange for two or more Bonds according to the Adjusted Maturity Dates so assigned, it being intended that each Bond outstanding shall have a single Adjusted Maturity Date.

Related to Adjusted Maturity Date

  • Stated Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.1 hereof.
