Adjusted LIBOR Index definition

Adjusted LIBOR Index for an applicable Interest Period shall mean a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the applicable "LIBOR Index" for such Interest Period by (ii) 1.00 minus the "Eurodollar Reserve Percentage."
