Adjusted Contract Sum definition

Adjusted Contract Sum means the consideration to be paid to Contractor, in the amount of $109,550.00 which may be adjusted in the future by change order.
Adjusted Contract Sum means the Contract Sum as herein defined, adjusted by any additions or deductions which may be required to be made pursuant to the Contract including the addition or deduction of the value of Variations and Dayworks.
Adjusted Contract Sum means the Contract Sum as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Article IV hereof and Section 16 of the General Conditions. As of any particular time during the performance of this Contract, the Adjusted Contract Sum as used in this Contract shall mean and refer to such Adjusted Contract Sum as shall then exist.
