Adjusted Asset Coverage Threshold Amount definition
Adjusted Asset Coverage Threshold Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (i) the Asset Coverage Threshold Amount over (ii) the sum of (A) the Letter of Credit Amount and (B) the Available Reserve Account Amount, in each case, as of such date.
Adjusted Asset Coverage Threshold Amount means, with respect to any Series of HVIF Notes, the amount specified in the applicable HVIF Series Supplement.
Adjusted Asset Coverage Threshold Amount means, as of any date of determination, the greater of (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Class A/B/C/D Asset Coverage Threshold Amount over (ii) the sum of (A) the Series 2013-A Letter of Credit Amount and (B) the Series 2013-A Available Reserve Account Amount and (b) the Series 2013-A Adjusted Principal Amount, in each case, as of such date.
