Adjusted Appreciation Value definition
Adjusted Appreciation Value means, in the event of a Change in Control, the appreciation in the Adjusted Fair Market Value of a Share for purposes of determining payments to be made to a Grantee, and shall be measured by determining the amount equal to the Adjusted Fair Market Value of a Share on the exercise date minus the exercise price of the SAR being exercised.
