Adjudicative hearing definition
Adjudicative hearing means a public hearing held by the Review Board as required by Section 51 of the Act in accordance with the process set out in Sections 17 to 36;
Adjudicative hearing means any proceeding in which the rights, duties, or privileges of a person are determined by the commission, including action on reports of violation, permission requests of licensees and licensing, but not including non-adjudicatory hearings or rulemaking.
Adjudicative hearing means a formal hearing pursuant to rules of the Authority, consistent with the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 127, par. 1001-1 et seq.).
