Adjudication Proceeding. ’ means litigation initiated
Adjudication Proceeding means the entire process through which a person may seek to have a hearing officer consider evidence relevant to certain agency actions, beginning with the activities specified in paragraph (A) of rule 3745-47-03 of the Administrative Code and ending with the filing of the report and recommendation in accordance with rule 3745-47-16 of the Administrative Code.
Adjudication Proceeding means a proceeding conducted pursuant to section 1053 of the Act and intended to lead to the formulation of a final order other than a temporary cease and desist order issued pursuant to section 1053(c) of the Act.
