Adjoining/Contiguous Lot definition
Adjoining/Contiguous Lot means the combining of the primary residency (Residence Structure) lot with the adjoining lot(s) under one ownership, as a single entity and single address, which includes a deed restriction recording and prohibiting the separation of the lot(s), either by lease, sale or any other method.
