Adjoining Component definition

Adjoining Component means, if applicable, those areas adjacent to, or in the vicinity of the Condominium, if any, to be utilized by the Vendor or the Declarant or an affiliated or related company of the Vendor or Declarant for residential, retail, commercial and/or office purposes and includes units and common elements that may be created by registration of one or more plan(s) of condominium thereon at some future date;

Related to Adjoining Component

  • Landing area means that part of a movement area intended for the landing or take-off of aircraft;
