Adherence Letter definition

Adherence Letter means the letter submitted by the Delegating Party to the Reporting Party in order to commence reporting under this Agreement containing all relevant elections.
Adherence Letter means this paragraph 6.
Adherence Letter means the letter substantially in the agreed form as attached in Schedule 4 or in such other form as may be agreed between the Parties.

  • We hereby represent that this is the only Adherence Letter submitted by us to ISDA in respect of the Protocol Agreement.

  • Each Protocol Participant acknowledges that, in adhering to this Protocol Agreement, it has not relied on any oral or written representation, warranty or other assurance (except as provided for or referred to elsewhere in this Protocol Agreement, an Adherence Letter, or in an SBS Questionnaire) and waives all rights and remedies which might otherwise be available to it in respect thereof, except that nothing in this Protocol Agreement will limit or exclude any liability of a Protocol Participant for fraud.

  • This Protocol Agreement and each Adherence Letter will, as between Matched PCA Parties, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without reference to choice-of-law doctrine, provided that supplements to each Matched PCA effected by this Protocol Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law governing such Matched PCA.

Adherence Letter means the latest version of adherence letter to these Terms and Conditions (including its annexes) – duly executed by the Client, and acknowledged by the Delegated Reporting Party. The Adherence Letter forms an integral part of the EMIR Reporting Terms and Conditions.
Adherence Letter is deleted and references to “Adherence Letter”, “such party’s Adherence Letter” and “Adherence Letter of such party” are deemed to be references to this Part 5(i).
