ADES definition

ADES means the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

More Definitions of ADES

ADES has the meaning provided in Section 5.12.
ADES shall include: (i) any successor individual or individuals, association, partnership, limited liability company or corporation to which all or a substantial part of the business or assets of Borrower or ADES shall have been transferred including, without limitation, a debtor in possession under the Federal Bankruptcy Code; (ii) in the case of a partnership or limited liability company Borrower or ADES, any new partnership or limited liability company which shall have been created by reason of the admission of any new partner(s) or member(s) therein or by reason of the dissolution of the existing partnership or limited liability company by voluntary agreement or the death, resignation or other withdrawal of any partner or member; and (iii) in the case of a corporate Borrower or ADES, any other corporation into or with which ADES or Borrower (if Borrower is a corporation) shall have been merged, consolidated, reorganized, or absorbed.
ADES or the “Company” means nominal defendant Advanced Emissions Solutions, Inc. and includes all of its subsidiaries, predecessors, successors, and affiliates.
ADES shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble. “AHCCCS” shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
