Adequate Nutrients definition

Adequate Nutrients means plant influent nitrogen, phosphorus and iron contents proportional to BOD5 in the ratio of five (5) parts nitrogen, one (l) part phosphorus, and one-half (0.5) part iron for each one hundred (100) parts BOD5.
