Examples of ADEA Release in a sentence
Executive has seven (7) calendar days after the date on which Executive executes this Release for purposes of the ADEA Release to revoke Executive’s consent to the ADEA Release.
Provided that Executive does not revoke his execution of the ADEA Release within such seven (7) day revocation period, the “ADEA Release Effective Date” shall occur on the eighth calendar day after the date on which he signs the signature page of this Release reflecting Executive’s assent to the ADEA Release.
In the event of such revocation of the ADEA Release by Executive, with the exception of the ADEA Release (which shall become null and void), this Release shall otherwise remain fully effective.
If Executive revokes the ADEA Release, Executive will not be entitled to any of the consideration from the Company described in Paragraph 2 above.
Notice of such revocation of the ADEA Release must be received within the seven (7) calendar days referenced above.
Any such revocation shall be made in writing so as to be received by the Company prior to the eighth (8th) day following your execution of the ADEA Release.
Furthermore, in the event that the Executive is covered under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), the Executive agrees to execute the ADEA Release of all ADEA claims substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B as provided in the ADEA Release.
Executive understands that nothing in this Release affects his ability to test the knowing and voluntary nature of this ADEA Release.
You further agree that you shall not be entitled to any personal recovery in any claim, charge, action or proceeding whatsoever against the Company or any of the Releasees for any of the matters set forth in this ADEA Release.
This ADEA Release includes, without limitation, any rights or claims relating in any way to your employment relationship with the Company or any of the Releasees, or the termination thereof, arising under the ADEA, including compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorney’s fees, costs, expenses, and any other type of damage or relief.
