Additions and modifications definition

Additions and modifications mean software components which modify the functionality in a different way from that set forth in the applicable specifications. PARTNER shall not be entitled to activate a virus to the detriment of TELKOM. If PARTNER detects a virus or addition/modification or symptoms of a virus prior to Commissioning and during the SLA period, it shall immediately inform TELKOM and undertake its best efforts to eliminate the virus or the addition/modification and prevent damage for TELKOM at no charge. 100

Examples of Additions and modifications in a sentence

  • Additions and modifications to rules and regulations shall be binding on Tenant upon delivery of a copy of them to Tenant.

  • Additions and modifications to the West Facilities-Basin shall not be included in the Schedule 11 Region-wide Charge for the Eastern Interconnection.

Related to Additions and modifications

  • Permitted Modifications As defined in Section 2.02(a) of the Servicing Agreement.
