Additional Support Services means the maintenance, technical support and other support services beyond Standard Support Services which DFS agrees to provide under a an Additional Support Agreement.

The Additional Support Services listed below are not included as part of annual software support and maintenance.
The Additional Support Services will be NTE and invoiced monthly as work is needed & completed.
The Additional Support Services to support CCWIS compliance related items as provided in Section II (B) will be performed by the resources as set out in Table 2 below.
The rate for County’s provision of Additional Support Services (as defined in Section 1.1 of Exhibit A is computed annually, and reflects the time and one-half (1.5) rate that County must pay its employees for overtime purposes.
