The Company may, from time to time, without the consent of the Holders of the Subordinated Notes of this series, issue Additional Subordinated Notes having the same ranking and same interest rate, Maturity, redemption terms and other terms, except for the price to the public and issue date and first Interest Payment Date, as the Subordinated Notes of this series.
The Company (or its agents) shall withhold and backup withhold any tax as required by law from any payment and from any distribution of Additional Subordinated Notes made under the terms of this Agreement.
