Additional Services Schedule means any additional schedule(s) which have been identified on an Order Form as being incorporated into the Agreement, and which sets out additional or specific terms relating to certain features or types of Services. “Alarm Receiving Centre” or “ARC” means the alarm receiving centre or emergency dispatch centre that performs alarm monitoring services, and which are provided by SoloProtect or its Partner ARCs to monitor alarms from the Device or SoloProtect App.

Additional Services Schedule means, in the event that UHS elects to have Unisys perform an Additional Service, a written agreement executed by UHS and Unisys.
