Additional Services Authorization means the Authority’s written approval of an Additional Service proposed by the Architect, as described in Paragraph 2.2 of the Design Services Agreement.

Examples of Additional Services Authorization in a sentence

  • For Additional Services specified in an Additional Services Authorization to be a not-to-exceed amount, the actual costs for such Services, which shall be equal or less than the not-to-exceed amount prescribed in the Additional Services Authorization.

  • For Additional Services described in this Article 3, a lump sum or not-to-exceed amount which is satisfactory to both Parties shall be negotiated on each occasion in which an Additional Services Authorization is requested.
